Cranapple Sauce
Recipe from Christmas with Southern Living 2002
Yield: 3 1/2 cups
Ingredients:
- 1 (16 oz) can whole cranberry sauce
 - 1 (15 oz) can pear halves, drained and chopped
 - 1 (11 oz) can mandarin orange segments, drained
 - 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and chopped
 - 2/3 cup sugar
 - 1/2 cup dried fruit mix (Cranraisons, raisons, apricots, etc)
 
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in large saucepan
 - Cook uncovered, over medium-low heat 45 minutes or until thickened
 - Stir often
 - Chill
 - Serve with Mustard-Crusted Port Roast, turkey, over vanilla ice cream, pound cake or pancakes.
